    All freelancers booked through Paydesk are automatically covered by our Group Personal Accident policy. This insurance applies while you are working on assignments secured through the platform.

  • Coverage for Accidents and Emergencies

    The policy provides financial protection in the case of accidental death, serious injury, and other emergencies. Coverage includes medical expenses, emergency medical evacuation, and repatriation, ensuring that you’re cared for no matter where you’re working.

  • Comprehensive Global Reach

    Whether you’re in your home country or reporting from a conflict zone, Paydesk’s insurance extends globally, offering peace of mind while you carry out critical assignments.

Making a Claim

If you need to make a claim, the process is straightforward:
  • For Non-Emergencies:

    You’ll receive a case number to track your claim.
    Ensure you provide NGS with the following details:

    Your full name, location, and nature of the emergency
    Contact details for your doctor or hospital

Failure to contact NGS before treatment or failing to provide full details may affect your claim.

What Is Covered:

  • Medical Expenses & Evacuation

    The policy covers necessary medical expenses, including treatment and evacuation, to ensure you receive the care you need in a medical emergency.
