I am an independent audio documentary producer based in Lenapehoking (Harlem, NY) with more than 13 years of experience. For many years, I coordinated programs to support people in immigration detention centers. For this work, I received the Reebok Human Rights Award. To help refugees and immigrants share their stories, I then created digital storytelling and narrative change projects for nonprofit organizations and philanthropic organizations. Since attending the Transom Story Workshop, I have produced audio stories for NPR News, 99% Invisible, and the BBC World Service, among others. As a producer at Condé Nast, I worked on podcasts for The New Yorker and Vanity Fair. The Ecco selected my short “Savor” for its 2024 summer edition. My Audio Flux documentary short, “A-Z Luggage Repair” recently premiered at the Smithsonian’s Hirschhorn Museum. I am currently serving as a board member of the Association of Independents in Radio and a member of the Public Radio Exchange.
