Victoire is a bilingual (French - English) senior broadcast journalist based in London, UK, with 20 years of experience in broadcasting. She's currently freelancing for several media. In 2024, she worked at France Télévisions Sports website as a Front Page Editor. Between 2018-2023, she was working for the BBC, producing & presenting the Sport Africa flagship programme BBC Sport Africa in French & English and working on some projects like the African Sports Personality Of The Year. She was one of the pioneer journalists working for the Pan-African channel VoxAfrica TV. She started as a reporter on the evening news before being challenged to launch a daily sports show. Following 6 years of challenges and success as a journalist, producer and presenter she was promoted in 2014 Editor in chief of the Francophone newsroom and in 2015 she took in charge the Anglophone newsroom team. Passionate about sports and travelling, Victoire is always keen to take up new challenges and cover on field sports events, which have this distinct ability to transcend and unite people around the world. Her expertise is athletics and she has practiced middle distances in her youth. She's covered many athletics events around the world from the World Championships in Tokyo, Japan, to the African Championships in Mauritius and meetings in Europe. She also has some good knowledge of tennis (worked on all grand slams), rugby (covered 2007 World Cup in France & 2011 World Cup in New Zealand), and football (covered many UEFA Champions League matches & Africa Cup of Nations tournaments) working for companies such as BBC, France TV, ESPN, Tennis Channel, the International Rugby Board, Perform Group and consequently travelled to many countries as Australia, Cameroon, Congo, Equatorial Guinea, France, Germany, Hungary, Japan, Mali, Mauritius, Monaco, New Zealand, Spain, South Africa, UK, USA. At ease in front as well as behind the camera, she can film and edit short reports.
