My name is Suhail Hussain Bhat, from Jammu and Kashmir, presently living in New Delhi. I have completed my studies till post-graduation in Convergent Journalism with audio, visual as a specialisation subject. The following subject I passed with a grade "A" from the Central University of Kashmir. I have also completed my PG Diploma in Still Photography and Visual Communication from Jamia Milia Islamia New Delhi . I am working as a freelance photographer and cinematographer with multiple organisations in India and international organisations. The men deported after trying to cross the U.S.-Mexico border said economic difficulties back home forced them to take the difficult journey. The migrants were promised a chance at a life in the U.S. by so-called “travel agents” who sent them on a dunki route – making the men hop from place to place before having to cross the border without proper paperwork.
