Pauline Chateuka

Pauline Chateuka is a journalist based in Harare,  with 4 years of experience focusing on Communication, advocacy, project designing and Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) for grassroots-inspired communication and information project interventions addressing human rights, including rights for women, children and youth; democracy and governance, environmental, natural resources conservation and climate change awareness thematic areas. I am particularly an expert in designing Communication strategies, and results-based M&E frameworks that enable an objective assessment of community-based interventions, ensuring quality results are prioritised towards the attainment of key project goals. My experience is driven by the desire to promote positive socio-economic change and enhancement of knowledge levels for marginalised communities using innovative M&E methodology and strategies.
