His fearless coverage of the 'student-led protests that ousted Bangladesh’s longest-serving prime minister' earned high praise from academics, fellow journalists, and the public alike. His 2000-word exposé for Al Jazeera—which over fifty top Bangladeshi and Indian media outlets picked up — reverberated largely across the national discourse and influenced state policy. Mehedi graduated Summa Cum Laude from one of the top private media schools in Bangladesh, ULAB - with major in Digital Journalism and minor in English.
