A collection of photographic slides documenting a 1989 pilgrimage by Tibetan monks, including Ta Situ Rinpoche, was discovered in a Singapore junk shop. The slides, which depict significant historical and cultural moments, were restored and digitized by Matthew Aslett. The slides were eventually returned to the Tibetan community in Dharamshala, India, for preservation.
