a freelance journalist and researcher based in Paris. covers the Middle East region and Jihadist movements, hold a master degree in the political history of Syria with knowledge about the day to day situation in Syria and the region. started working in Damascus, Syria in the early 2000's with local Human Rights underground groups and research centers. later Joined Reuters bureau in Damascus running the Arabic Desk. moving forward i explored my chances as freelancer between Syria and the UAE to focus later on my international relations studies and the Middle East in France. a period during which i kept close relations with activists and people all around Syria with some of which i helped planning and conducting Civil Social/Human Rights activities and campaigns. in 2013, i went back the Middle East, Beirut, Lebanon, this time. and from there i worked with number of leading international newspapers such as The Times of London, and the New York Times. Few months ago, i returned to France for longer stay this time, planning to continue my studies while keeping active and busy covering the Middle East related reporting.
