After spending close to two months around Swakopmund, an elephant bull was darted and moved to a new home. Shortly before, this elephant appeared in Swakopmund on Christmas eve. A very, very peculiar story with a happy ending.
The find of the century, the ship Bom Jesus, stranded in Namibia 500 years ago - and was rediscovered in 2008. Four years later some precious artifacts rotted away, as they were apparently not preserved correctly.
