Keshab Chandra Mandal, who has a Ph.D. in Political Science, is a Teacher by profession and a Researcher by passion. He now lives and works in Kolkata. He has traveled widely in different states of India, and Nepal for his works and research. He is credited with 16 internationally acclaimed research-oriented books and four monographs. Dr. Mandal has also published almost 60 scholarly articles in India and abroad. This author is widely regarded for his high-quality research since the beginning of the New Millennium.
