Andualem Sisay Gessesse (Mr.) launched **** in November 2009. He is an Award-winning Ethiopian journalist with over fifteen years of experience in journalism, communications consultancy and research. Currently he is working as Managing Director of BEHAK Multimedia PLC, and Managing Editor of ****. 

The local and international publications he worked with and is still working for include: Capital newspaper of Ethiopia, The East African newspaper, Daily Nation of Kenya, The Citizen of Tanzania, Daily Monitor of Uganda, Thomson Reuters, ****, Africa Renewal magazine of the United Nations, among others.

In 2011, Andualem has won Journalist of the year Award by Ethiopian Foreign Correspondent Association in English language category. He worked for one year in Uganda as development reporter under fk Norway exchange program sponsored by the Norwegian Government.

His global reporting and training international travels also includes: Tokyo- Japan; Stuttgart - Germany; Rome - Italy; The Hague, Hilversum - The Netherlands; Delhi, Islamabad – India; Marrakech - Morocco; Johannesburg, Cape Town - South Africa; Maputo – Mozambique; Djibouti; Asmara – Eritrea; Abidjan – Côte d'Ivoire; Dar es Salaam - Tanzania; Kampala – Uganda; Nairobi – Kenya; Kigali - Rwanda, Accra - Ghana, and Dakar - Senegal and London - United Kingdom.

In addition to ****, from June 2013 to end of 2020, Mr. Andualem has worked as resident correspondent journalist for NATION Media Group of Kenya covering mainly Ethiopia and Djibouti.

As independent media consultant, Andualem has also worked for international organizations such as, UNFPA Ethiopia office (United Nations Population Fund), Global Integrity, World Wide Web Foundation, Devex, Kifiya Financial Technology, Techno Brain Ethiopia and Starbucks and Microsoft East and South Africa wing through the PR firm - Bertolli & Associates of Kenya.
