About Jerome
Jerome Kazabukeye is a journalist based in Kigali, Rwanda. He have more than 10 years of graphic design experience, and 7 years of web design experience, and I have been a Meta Certified Digital Marketer since August 2022. That is an asset for his journalism career. 
He studied at High Institute of Commerce at the University of Burundi for the first time but were enhanced by MOOCs and e-learning courses; 
He is a quick learner and am available to work for any company that needs a digital creation specialist.
I had founded an online newspaper in 2014, Itara Burundi (****) and has developed his content creation skills with background in journalism.
I has experience networking with people from different backgrounds as a social media manager.
Through Coursera, He enrolled in numerous online journalism classes at universities like Michigan State University. he took journalism, entrepreneurial, and Web development classes using WordPress, HTML and CSS, PHP, etc. He is a front-end developer and UI designer. 
He is used to the creation and distribution of Newsletters with MailCheap and revue. 
He has taken courses from Protection International on digital security (May–July 2018), which helped him to secure his documents and communications and train others. 
Since 2004, when he was a student at university, the computer has grown close to him. Before being jounalist, he worked in private sector a secretary and accounter-secretary.
He produce videos and other online content. All of these abilities strengthen his relationship with potential partners. 
In March 2022, he also received campaign management training, an asset when identifying target audiences in any advertisement projects.
