As a freelance journalist for over twenty years, I've worked in magazines, newspapers and digital publications, writing on a contract or freelance basis. I've worked as an editor, radio producer, TV researcher, communications adviser, fact-checker, media manager, photo editor, and social media manager. I was also an adjunct journalism lecturer from 2001-2023 (New York University, UTS, UNSW, USyd, SCU and more) and President of NSW Media and Federal Councillor in Australia's Media Entertainment & Arts Alliance.

I can edit long annual reports and short captions, crop photos, trim and edit audio and video, shoot images, create websites, interview CEOs, astrophysicists, politicians and school kids.

I'm a cheerful co-worker, fascinated by people, technology, philosophy and our wild world ... I'm usually up for a chat... I love swimming in the ocean and walking in the bush.
