Investigative journalist and documentary filmmaker with more than 25 years of field experience across Europe, Asia and the Americas, working for major French broadcasters including ARTE, Canal+, France Télévisions and M6. Equally at ease producing cultural and scientific films as conducting immersive investigations within anti-narcotics units, I specialize in long-form reporting that blends rigorous analysis with strong human storytelling. Based in Biarritz( Southwestern France) I can operate in France or Northern Spain (Basque Country and Catalonia), I cover the entire region and regularly operate in high-risk or hard-to-access environments. I investigate, shoot, and edit my own reports when required, offering full-spectrum field capability, narrative reliability, and an adaptable, multilingual workflow for international assignments.

Riding the most extreme waves is a way to command respect and assert physical dominance. But beyond these displays of bravery, what drives these surfers — modern-day knights — to challenge such liquid giants? Personal gratification? An escape from a difficult reality? A need to belong to a clan?
They have their own language, their own waves, their own rules. Immune to the siren call of the surf industry, these modern knights — unsmiling and logo-free — defend their wave as one would defend a territory. They confront one another across the globe, wave against wave. In Tasmania, Hawaii, Tahiti, California, or the Basque Country, each proudly carries the colors of their clan.
Chillida Leku hosts Proximity, a landscape opera by Strijbos & Van Rijswijk, specially adapted for the museum to celebrate the summer solstice. The Dutch composers will transform the museum’s fields with immersive sound, offering a unique sensory experience that reimagines the space. Inspired by Eduardo Chillida’s work, the piece will feature Basque sopranos Carolina Luquin and Haizea Muñoz, Eñaut Elorrieta, and French musician David Chalmin. This site-specific performance invites the audience to walk, reflect, and rediscover the landscape in an extraordinary way.
