About Me My name is Barilule Diginee fondly called Barry Diginee, a Nigerian, journalist and broadcaster based in Rivers State. I work as a journalist/correspondent with Ogoni Stories and Super FM 93.3, Port Harcourt, where I report on issues affecting communities across Ogoni and the wider Rivers State. My reporting focuses mainly on Khana, Gokana, Tai and Eleme Local Government Areas, covering politics, security, environmental issues, community development, healthcare, education and local government activities. I have developed and produced radio news stories, investigative reports, interviews, press statements and community-focused reports, with particular interest in issues surrounding the Ogoni cleanup, HYPREP, oil spills, environmental pollution and the impact of development projects on local communities. Studied Mass Communication at Kenule Beeson Saro-Wiwa Polytechnic (Kenpoly), Bori, while continuing to build my experience in journalism and broadcasting. Through my work, I aim to give communities in Ogoni and Rivers State a voice, hold authorities accountable and bring important issues affecting ordinary people to public attention.
