Anouk Eigenraam is a journalist based in Amsterdam, Netherlands, with more than 20 years of experience in the industry. She worked from 2019-2025 as a correspondent for the Dutch financial newspaper Het Financieele Dagblad in Beijing, China. Before that she published a book on the international adoption industry and lived therefore a year in South Korea. During her career she wrote for national newspapers like NRC Handelsblad, was editor at radiostations as BNR Newsradio and made video's as well.
