I have been a journalist for ten years, with experience as a stringer for Reuters and involvement in several documentary projects. Four years ago, I began learning about digital investigations and fact-checking, which eventually led me to work as a freelance fact-checker for Tempo.co. For the past two years, I have also been a freelance visual contributor for AFP, and I am a Google News Initiative–certified trainer for fact-checking. I am based in Surabaya and have reported across cities in East Java, as well as in several other regions in Indonesia, including Aceh, Padang, Ternate, Bali, and East Nusa Tenggara.
