But if America wants to be first and strong, she says, it cannot be humiliated in a small country in the Caucasus — "by one man who is dictating his policy and serving the interests of Vladimir Putin" she said of Georgian tycoon Bidzina Ivanishvili, who's been sanctioned by the U.S. for undermining democracy and allowing Russia to benefit.
