Adela Madyane is a Tanzanian journalist holding a bachelor’s degree in mass communication from SAUT University of Tanzania and has about 10 years’ experience in the field having worked in different organizations including World Vision Tanzania as a communication child trainer, Nyakitonto Youth for Development Tanzania as communication Officer, Oxfam GB and Pathfinder International as videographer consultant as well as BBC media action as production freelancer and at Kigoma district council as a volunteer communication specialist managing council’s social media handles as well as website. 
She is also freelancing at Nipashe/Guardian newspapers where most of her articles and stories appear as well as working as a news editor at Buha Media where she creates and manages digital contents, her daily responsibilities including collecting stories, writing, editing, and mentoring upcoming journalist
She currently works at Tanzania Broadcasting Cooperation (TBC2) as a correspondent from Kigoma region covering stories on youth and women well fair. 
Adela is good in writing and creating contents, good in sound, video and graphics editing, good photographer, computer literacy, good team worker and collaborator, good communicator, good events creator as well as an experienced field worker traits which have enabled her succeed in reporting in emergency situation like in refugee camps during emergency circumstances under WASH projects, good in doing investigative stories and reporting on international affairs like Kigoma business Summit between Tanzania with four other African countries. 
Adela was also among few journalists who used media to campaign on vaccination of Covid 19 pandemic where she also did manage to seek fund from WHO and used it to run through out Kigoma region to make sure people adhere to vaccination.
